Vijay Devarakonda’s Taxiwala To Release In Second Week Of June

Hero Vijay Devarakonda turned as a Commercial hero with Arjun Reddy. It received enough response from the audience as does well at the box-office. After the success of Arjun Reddy, he played Vijay Anthony role in Savitri’s biopic. This role also gave to hit this actor. Now here the latest buzz is Vijay Devarakonda’s Taxiwala postponed to June. Taxiwala is Vijay’s upcoming movie which is under the direction of Rahul Sankrityan.

It is a sci-fi comedy thriller movie. Tollywood’s mega-production banner Geetha Arts 2 Pictures and UV Creations are bankrolling this project. The first look and teaser of Taxiwala grabbed the attention and created curiosity among the audience. The film supposed to release on 18th May this year. But, it postponed to the second of June due to the incompletion of CG work. Vijay also shared it in his official Twitter account.

Earlier we also update it. The film will hit the screen in between 15 to 22nd next month. A particular date is yet to be confirmed. Malvika Nair and Priyanka Jawalkar will be playing the female lead roles in this scientific thriller movie. The movie unit felt that the story will connect to the present generation. Jakes Bejoy scored music for this film.

He also started post-production work on his forthcoming film. It is titled as Dear Comrade which is under the direction of Bharat Khamma. A Source said that the director narrated this script inspired by Malayalam hero Dulquer Salmaan’s Comrade in America aka CIA movie.

 After the success of Pellichupulu and Arjun Reddy, Vijay Devarakonda became a busy person in Tollywood with a handful of projects. He also signed on Anand Shankar’s project which is titled as Nota. It is a political thriller project. Tollywood Beauty Mehreen will be a leading lady.
